  • must have a valid SNHD Food Handler's card
  • able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • willing to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • willing to learn and grow within the company

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • must have a valid SNHD Food Handler's card
  • valid TAM Card for specific locations
  • able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • prior kitchen, fast food, or quick-service experience is a plus but not required
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • effective communication and customer service skills
  • ability to multitask and stay organized
  • willingness to follow procedures and guidelines
  • ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines with precision
  • clean and professional appearance

Job Duties

  • Work on a WOK
  • prepare food items according to company recipes, procedures, and food safety standards
  • ensure food products are cooked to proper temperature and meet quality presentation standards
  • monitor and restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift
  • adhere strictly to SNHD and all local, state, and federal health codes
  • maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and work environment
  • wear required personal protective equipment and follow safety procedures
  • complete and document daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
  • communicate clearly and respectfully with team members, managers, and guests
  • support the team during peak hours with flexibility and a positive attitude
  • maintain a sense of urgency while remaining focused and detail-oriented
