- able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

- valid TAM Card for specific locations
- able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- prior kitchen, fast food, or quick-service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Work on a WOK
- prepare food items according to company recipes, procedures, and food safety standards
- ensure food products are cooked to proper temperature and meet quality presentation standards
- monitor and restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift
- adhere strictly to SNHD and all local, state, and federal health codes
- maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and work environment
- wear required personal protective equipment and follow safety procedures
- complete and document daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
- communicate clearly and respectfully with team members, managers, and guests
- support the team during peak hours with flexibility and a positive attitude
- maintain a sense of urgency while remaining focused and detail-oriented
