- 4 months Pei Wei experience for internal candidates
- certified or trained in culinary and front-of-the-house operations

Job Duties
- certified or trained in culinary and front-of-the-house operations and can perform duties and coach or verify on a daily basis
- certified food handler and can effectively teach and execute company safety and health procedures
- effectively communicates through live conversations, email, etc., to team members, management, and regional support office
- acts as a role model in behaviors, dress, and guest interaction by exhibiting desired Pei Wei behaviors and standards
- effectively leads the team during the shift through coaching, delegation, and verification
- effectively follows and executes shift responsibilities including admin, reporting, scheduling, SMG scores, cash handling, opening and closing duties, inventory, and ordering
- supports onboarding and training processes including scheduling
- effectively performs cash handling procedures according to company policies
- handles guest relations and coaches team to improve guest experience
- promptly escalates any employee relations concerns to general manager
- attends all store manager meetings
- executes other tasks or duties as assigned
