Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months shift lead experience for external candidates
- Four months Pei Wei experience for internal candidates
- Must be able to stand and walk for periods of four to ten hours in length each shift
- Must be able to reach bend balance and transport various objects weighing up to 30 lbs repeatedly during a shift
- Must be able to hear with 100 percent accuracy with correction
- Must be able to see at 20 20 vision with correction
- Certified food handler
- Must be able to perform duties in both front-of-house and kitchen operations
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Certified trained in culinary and front-of-the-house operations and can perform duties and coach verify on a daily basis
- Certified food handler and can effectively teach and execute company safety and health procedures
- Effectively communicates through live conversations email etc to team members management and RSO
- Acts as a role model in behaviors dress and guest interaction
- Effectively leads the team during the shift through coaching delegation and verification
- Effectively follows executes shift responsibilities as outlined on mod checklist including admin reporting scheduling SMG scores cash handling opening closing duties inventory ordering etc
- Effectively supports the onboarding training process including scheduling
- Effectively performs cash handling procedures according to company policies
- Effectively handles guest relations and can coach team on behaviors to improve the guest experience
- Promptly escalates any employee relations concerns to the general manager
- Attends all store manager meetings
- Effectively executes other tasks duties as assigned
