Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months shift lead experience for external candidates
- Four months Pei Wei experience for internal candidates
- Certified food handler
- Ability to stand and walk for periods of 4 to 10 hours each shift
- Ability to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects up to 30 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to hear with 100% accuracy with correction
- Ability to see 20/20 with correction
- Action oriented with consistent pace

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Certified food handler
- Experience in culinary and front-of-house operations
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to operate back-office systems
- Experience with cash handling and reporting
- Ability to coach and train team members
- Proven guest service and conflict resolution abilities
- Commitment to company standards and appearance
- Ability to lead effectively in absence of management
Job Duties
- Certified and trained in culinary and front-of-the-house operations and can perform duties and coach/verify on a daily basis
- Certified food handler and can effectively teach and execute company safety and health procedures
- Effectively communicates to team members, management, and RSO
- Acts as a role model in behaviors, dress, and guest interaction
- Effectively leads the team during the shift through coaching, delegation, and verification
- Executes shift responsibilities including admin, reporting, scheduling, SMG scores, cash handling, opening/closing duties, inventory/ordering
- Supports onboarding and training process including scheduling
- Performs cash handling procedures according to company policies
- Handles guest relations and coaches team to improve guest experience
- Escalates employee relations concerns to the general manager promptly
- Attends all store manager meetings
- Executes other tasks and duties as assigned
