Job Duties
- Prepare and cook all food menu items to company specifications
- stock pantry station fully before the shift
- set up, operate, breakdown, and clean all kitchen equipment
- handle chemicals used in the building safely
- use all prep tools and equipment according to safety guidelines
- operate the POS system
- learn restaurant menu and recipes to guide guests in menu selection, modify dishes according to guest needs
- use proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- follow dress code
- perform duties associated with kitchen operations
- work around various temperatures in the kitchen
- stock and organize daily or weekly deliveries
- wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils, maintain all restaurant areas
