Job Duties
- Prepare and cook all food menu items to company specifications
- stock pantry station fully before the shift
- setup, operate, breakdown, and clean all kitchen equipment
- handle chemicals properly as per guidelines
- operate POS system
- learn and assist guests with menu choices including modifications
- use proper sanitation and safety procedures
- follow dress code
- perform duties related to kitchen operations
- work in various temperature conditions
- stock and organize deliveries
- clean dishes, floors, equipment, and utensils
