- understand how to modify dishes due to guest requests such as allergies or gluten free

Job Duties
- Prepare and cooks all food menu items to company specifications
- stock pantry station fully before the shift
- setup, operation, breakdown, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment
- use proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- operate the POS system
- learn restaurant menu and recipes and guide guests on menu choices and modifications
- wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils, and maintain all areas of the restaurant
