Job Duties
- Prepare and cook all food menu items to company specifications
- Stock pantry station fully before the shift
- Setup, operate, breakdown, and clean all kitchen equipment
- Knowledge and proper handling of all chemicals used in the building
- Consistently use all prep tools and equipment according to safety guidelines
- Operate the POS system
- Guide guests on choosing menu items and modifying dishes according to guest needs
- Follow proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Use cleaning chemicals properly
- Follow dress code
- Perform duties associated with kitchen operations
- Work around various temperature levels in the kitchen
- Stock and organize daily or weekly deliveries
- Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils, and maintain all restaurant areas
