- Previous prep or line cook experience
- Ability to prepare and present menu items with cook time requirements
- Understanding how to modify dishes due to guest requests such as allergies or gluten free
- Reading, writing, and math skills required

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare and cooks all food menu items to company specifications
- Stock pantry station fully before the shift
- Setup, operate, breakdown, and clean all kitchen equipment
- Handle proper use of chemicals and cleaning agents in the building
- Use all prep tools and equipment according to safety guidelines
- Operate the POS system efficiently
- Learn and guide guests on menu items, modifying dishes based on guest needs
- Follow proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Perform duties associated with kitchen operations
- Work in varied temperature environments including warm to extremely warm kitchen conditions
- Stock and organize daily or weekly deliveries
- Wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils, and maintain all areas of the restaurant
