- previous prep or line cook experience
- ability to prepare and present menu items with cook time requirements
- ability to modify dishes due to guest requests such as allergies or gluten free

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook all food menu items to company specifications
- stock pantry station fully before the shift
- setup, operate, breakdown, and clean all kitchen equipment
- use proper handling of chemicals
- use all prep tools and equipment according to safety guidelines
- operate the POS system
- guide guests on menu choices and modifications according to needs
- use proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- follow dress code
- perform duties associated with kitchen operations
- work in varying temperature conditions
- stock and organize deliveries
- wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, clean and maintain equipment and utensils
- maintain all areas of the restaurant
