Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook all food menu items to company specifications
  • stock pantry station fully before the shift
  • setup, operate, breakdown, and clean all kitchen equipment
  • handle all chemicals used in the building properly
  • use all prep tools and equipment according to safety guidelines
  • operate the POS system
  • learn restaurant menu and recipes
  • guide guests on menu choices including modifications
  • follow proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
  • strictly use cleaning chemicals
  • adhere to dress code
  • perform duties associated with kitchen operations
  • work in varied temperature conditions
  • stock and organize deliveries
  • wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils, maintain all restaurant areas
