Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a cashier and operating a POS system
- Understanding of English language
- Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to customers, employee and management
- Basic math skills and computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

Job Duties
- Accommodate guest's needs by greeting them in a timely professional manner and providing them with information pertaining to menu and how to Pei Wei
- Fulfill orders placed by guests for dining in or for take away in person, by phone or online
- Responsible for the overall set-up, maintenance and closing duties for the front of the house (FOH) in accordance to Pei Wei SOPs
- Process phone orders in a timely manner
- Take and process customer orders into POS system
- Process and total orders on POS system and apply customer payment into register
- Process credit cards, take cash and make correct change for customer payment
- Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant
- Package take home orders for customers
- Tabulate data regarding bills, total amounts, restaurant expenses in POS system
- Maintain and clean front of house area including drink and condiment station
- Follow dress code
- Work around various levels of temperature, including warm to extremely warm temperatures in the kitchen
