Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- previous experience as a cashier and operating a POS system
- understanding of English language
- must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively
- basic math skills and computer proficiency
- ability to work in a team environment
- ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- physical ability to stand and walk for four to ten hours per shift
- ability to reach, bend, balance, and transport objects up to 30 lbs repeatedly
- ability to hear with 100 percent accuracy with correction
- ability to see at 20/20 vision with correction
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and professionally
- provide menu information and explain how to enjoy Pei Wei
- take and process customer orders in person, by phone, or online
- set up, maintain, and close the front of house area following Pei Wei SOPs
- process payments through POS system including cash and credit transactions
- package take-home orders for customers
- maintain cleanliness of front of house area including drink and condiment stations
