Job Duties
- Greet guests in a timely professional manner
- Provide information about menu and how to Pei Wei
- Fulfill customer orders for dine-in and takeout in person, by phone or online
- Set up, maintain and close front of house according to SOPs
- Process phone orders promptly
- Enter customer orders into POS system
- Process and total orders on POS and apply customer payments
- Handle credit card and cash payments and give correct change
- Package take home orders
- Maintain and clean front of house including drink and condiment stations
- Follow dress code
- Work in various temperature conditions including warm kitchen environments
