Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a cashier and operating a POS system
- Understanding of English language
- Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Basic math skills
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to work in team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Must be able to stand and walk for four to ten hours per shift
- Must be able to reach, bend, balance, and lift items up to 30 pounds repeatedly
- Must have accurate hearing and vision with correction if needed

Job Duties
- Accommodate guests by greeting them in a timely professional manner
- Provide information about the menu and "How to Pei Wei"
- Fulfill orders placed by guests for dining in, take away, phone, or online
- Set up, maintain, and close front of house according to Pei Wei SOPs
- Process phone orders promptly
- Enter customer orders into POS system
- Complete payment transactions using cash or credit cards
- Package take home orders
- Maintain cleanliness of front of house and condiment stations
- Follow dress code
- Work effectively around various temperature levels including warm kitchen areas
