Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a cashier and operating a POS system
- Understanding of English language
- Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to customers, employee and management
- Basic math skills and computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

Job Duties
- Responsible for the overall set-up, maintenance and closing duties for the front of the house (FOH) in accordance to Pei Wei SOP's
- Process phone orders in a timely manner
- Takes and processes customer orders into POS system
- Processes and totals order on POS system and apply customer payment into register
- Processes credit cards, takes cash and makes correct change for customer payment
- Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant
- Packages take home orders for customers
- Tabulate data regarding bills, total amounts, restaurant expenses in POS system
- Maintains and cleans front of house area including drink and condiment station
- Follows dress code
- Work around various levels of temperature, including warm to extremely warm temperatures in the kitchen
