Job Duties

  • Greet guests in a timely professional manner
  • Provide menu information and explain "How to Pei Wei"
  • Take and process customer orders in person, by phone or online
  • Operate POS system to process and total orders
  • Handle customer payments including cash and credit cards and make correct change
  • Package take home orders accurately
  • Maintain and clean front of house area including drink and condiment stations
  • Set up and close front of house according to standard operating procedures
  • Tabulate data regarding bills, totals, and restaurant expenses in POS system
  • Follow dress code and company policies
  • Work effectively in various temperature environments including warm kitchen areas
