Job Duties
- Greet guests in a timely professional manner
- Provide menu information and explain "How to Pei Wei"
- Take and process customer orders in person, by phone or online
- Operate POS system to process and total orders
- Handle customer payments including cash and credit cards and make correct change
- Package take home orders accurately
- Maintain and clean front of house area including drink and condiment stations
- Set up and close front of house according to standard operating procedures
- Tabulate data regarding bills, totals, and restaurant expenses in POS system
- Follow dress code and company policies
- Work effectively in various temperature environments including warm kitchen areas
