Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Previous cashier experience
- Proficient in English language for clear communication
- Basic math skills
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and transport up to 30 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to hear accurately with correction
- Ability to see 20/20 with correction
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience as a cashier and operating a POS system
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and listen attentively
- Basic math skills and computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Accommodate guests by greeting them promptly and professionally and providing information about the menu and dining concept
- Fulfill guest orders for dine-in or takeout in person, by phone, or online
- Responsible for overall front of house setup, maintenance, and closing duties according to SOPs
- Process phone orders efficiently
- Enter and process customer orders into POS system
- Handle and total payments using cash and credit cards and make correct change
- Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant
- Package take-home orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area including drink and condiment stations
- Follow the established dress code
- Work in various temperature conditions including warm kitchen environments
