Job Duties
- Greet customers in a timely and professional manner
- Provide menu information and explain the "How to Pei Wei" dining process
- Take and process orders for dine-in and take-away in person, by phone, or online
- Operate the POS system to enter customer orders accurately
- Process payments including cash and credit card transactions, ensuring correct change is given
- Set up, maintain, and close the front of house area according to Pei Wei SOPs
- Maintain cleanliness of front of house including drink and condiment stations
- Package take-home orders efficiently
- Record and tabulate sales and expenses data via POS
- Adhere to company dress code
- Perform duties in various temperature conditions, including warm kitchen environments
