Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a cashier and operating a POS system
- Understanding of English language
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to customers, employees, and management
- Basic math skills

Job Duties
- Responsible for overall set-up, maintenance and closing duties for the front of the house in accordance with Pei Wei standard operating procedures
- Process phone orders in a timely manner
- Take and process customer orders into POS system
- Process and total orders on POS system and apply customer payment into register
- Process credit cards, take cash and make correct change for customer payment
- Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant
- Package take home orders for customers
- Tabulate data regarding bills, total amounts, restaurant expenses in POS system
- Maintain and clean front of house area including drink and condiment station
- Follow dress code
- Work around various levels of temperature including warm to extremely warm temperatures in the kitchen
