- Previous experience as a cashier and operating a POS system
- Understanding of English language must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to customers employee and management
- Basic math skills and computer proficiency

Job Duties
- Responsible for the overall set-up maintenance and closing duties for the front of the house in accordance to Pei Wei SOPs
- Process phone orders in a timely manner
- Takes and processes customer orders into POS system
- Processes and totals order on POS system and apply customer payment into register
- Processes credit cards takes cash and makes correct change for customer payment
- Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant
- Packages take home orders for customers
