Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience cashiering and use of POS systems
- Proficient English communication skills including speaking and listening
- Basic mathematics capability
- Teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long hours
- Capacity to lift and carry objects weighing up to 30 lbs
- Corrected or unobstructed hearing and vision at 20/20
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a cashier and operating a POS system
- Understanding of English with clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Basic math skills and computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

Job Duties
- Greet guests and welcome them into the restaurant
- Accommodate guest needs by providing menu information and explaining how to enjoy Pei Wei
- Take and process orders in the POS system accurately
- Process customer payments including cash and credit cards and provide correct change
- Package take-home orders efficiently for customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area including drink and condiment stations
- Perform overall setup, maintenance, and closing duties for the front of house in accordance with Pei Wei SOPs
