Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a cashier and operating a POS system
- Understanding of English language
- Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to customers, employees, and management
- Basic math skills and computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a timely professional manner and provide menu information and guidance on how to order
- Fulfill dine-in and take-away orders placed in person, by phone, or online
- Perform overall setup, maintenance, and closing duties for the front of house according to Pei Wei SOPs
- Process customer orders accurately into the POS system
- Handle customer payments including credit cards and cash transactions, ensuring correct change is given
- Package take-home orders efficiently and neatly
- Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area including drink and condiment stations
