Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- previous experience as a cashier and operating a POS system
- understanding of English language
- basic math skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- ability to stand and walk for four to ten hours
- ability to lift and transport objects up to 30 lbs repeatedly
- ability to hear and see with correction

Job Duties
- Greet customers in a timely and professional manner
- provide information about menu and dining process
- take and process orders for dine-in and takeout in person, by phone or online
- operate POS system to enter orders, process payments, and make correct change
- package take home orders for customers
- maintain cleanliness of front of house including drink and condiment stations
- perform set-up, maintenance and closing duties per Pei Wei SOPs
