Job Requirements
- high school graduate or equivalent preferred
- previous cash handling and pos system experience
- ability to communicate clearly in english
- basic math skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure

Job Duties
- greet guests in a timely professional manner
- provide information about menu and "how to pei wei"
- fulfill orders placed by guests for dining in or take away in person, by phone or online
- maintain set-up, cleanliness and closing duties for front of house according to pe i wei sops
- process phone orders in a timely manner
- enter and process customer orders into pos system
- process payments by cash, credit card and provide correct change
- package take home orders for customers
