- Understanding of English language

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and professionally
- Provide guests with menu information and "How to Pei Wei" guidance
- Take and process dine-in, take-away, phone, and online orders accurately into the POS system
- Handle customer payments including cash and credit cards, provide correct change
- Package take-home orders efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front of house areas including drink and condiment stations
- Perform setup, maintenance, and closing tasks in accordance with Pei Wei's standard operating procedures
- Tabulate data related to bills, amounts, and expenses in the POS system
- Follow dress code standards and safety protocols
- Work effectively in various temperature conditions within the restaurant environment
