Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years general manager experience for external candidates
- 6 months Pei Wei senior or assistant manager experience for internal candidates
- Certified in Pei Wei Culinary and Front-of-the-House operations
- Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per shift
- Ability to reach, bend, balance and transport objects up to 30 lbs
- Obtain and maintain food handler permit within 6 months

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensures operational excellence of designated restaurant
- Takes ownership of guest relations and customer satisfaction
- Implements and sustains company initiatives and goals
- Increases sales and operating profit through marketing and internal opportunities
- Certified in Pei Wei Culinary and Front-of-the-House operations and performs duties daily
- Fosters a safe, respectful, and quality employee experience
- Supervises, assigns, and delegates tasks to management and hourly team members
- Recruits, hires, and trains team according to internal specifications
- Provides ongoing leadership and development to management staff
- Acts as a goodwill ambassador to the community
- Uses performance management tools for appraisals and coaching
- Ensures compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines
- Oversees regular repairs and maintenance
- Handles hiring, terminating, invoicing, payroll, and cash management
- Performs regular quality line checks
- Manages prep lists and order guides
- Takes responsibility for food cost and inventory
- Maintains current food handler permit
