Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years General Manager experience for external candidates
- Minimum 6 months Pei Wei Sr/Assistant Manager experience for internal candidates
- Certification in Pei Wei Culinary and Front-of-the-House Operations

Job Duties
- Ensure operational excellence of restaurant
- Take ownership of guest relations and customer satisfaction
- Implement and sustain company initiatives and goals
- Increase sales and operating profit through local marketing and internal opportunities
- Perform certified culinary and front-of-house operations duties daily
- Foster a safe, respectful, and quality employee experience
- Supervise, assign, and delegate tasks to management and team members
- Recruit, hire, and train team following internal training specifications
- Provide ongoing leadership and development to management staff
- Act as the goodwill ambassador to the community
- Use performance management tools to complete employee appraisals
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines
- Oversee timely repairs and maintenance
- Handle administrative tasks such as hiring, payroll, invoicing, and cash handling
- Perform regular line checks to maintain product quality
- Complete prep lists and order guides
