Job Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of residency training in Pediatrics
- Valid Wisconsin medical license or ability to obtain
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics
- Experience in pediatric clinical care preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to use EPIC EMR system
- Commitment to ethical and patient-centered practice
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment substance abuse testing
Job Qualifications
- Must obtain Wisconsin medical licensure
- Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
- Preferred training in Pediatrics
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Strong communication skills with patients and families
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Willingness to engage in ongoing education and research
- Eligible for H1B visa sponsorship considered
Job Duties
- Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentation
- Participate in clinical trials and ongoing medical research
- Educate families on health management and preventive care
- Maintain compliance with state medical licensure and hospital policies
- Engage in continuous professional development and CME activities
