Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- prior experience in healthcare or customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Greets families professionally both in person and on the phone
- answers patient or family questions and seeks clarification when needed
- accesses empathy and active listening in difficult interpersonal situations
- supports patient care quality initiatives
- coordinates escalations and urgent issues for timely resolutions
- collaborates with site leadership to manage complex patient issues
- employs core values to help patients, families, and team members navigate systems before, during, and after visits
- monitors and manages patient flow including assisting with self-registration
- remains aligned with educational updates on workflows and technology
- registers patients and maintains accurate accounts with HIPAA compliance
- manages incoming patient documents and correspondence
- maintains confidentiality and privacy of patient accounts
- performs opening and closing duties such as organizing, stocking, sanitizing, and reconciling
- executes other assigned duties
