Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including potential travel to other sites
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a friendly demeanor under pressure

- Prior front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
Job Duties
- Greet families professionally both in person and on the phone
- Answer patient and family questions to the best of ability and seek clarification when needed
- Access empathy and active listening in difficult interpersonal situations
- Support patient care quality initiatives as directed
- Coordinate escalations and urgent issues to ensure timely and complete resolutions
- Collaborate and communicate with site leadership to facilitate management of complex patient issues
- Monitor and manage patient flow including assisting with self-registration process
- Register all patients and maintain accurate patient accounts while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Manage incoming patient documents, mail, and correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all patient accounts
- Perform opening and closing duties including organizing, stocking, sanitizing, and reconciling
- Execute other duties as assigned
