Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- reliable transportation for delivery driver positions
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of multitasking and maintaining composure under pressure
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to learn and follow safety and hygiene protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer service roles is advantageous
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- basic food preparation skills
- leadership experience or potential for leadership in kitchen or front of house roles
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery driver positions
- reliability and punctuality
- commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- ability to handle cash and POS systems accurately
Job Duties
- Take orders and enter them into the system via phone, walk-ins, or drive-thru
- perform basic food prep such as making salads and boxing orders
- train new front crew members in order taking and salad making
- handle common customer disputes with professionalism
- close the store by completing closing tasks and shutting down POS in absence of manager
- assist in kitchen tasks including dough slapping, oven catching, and pizza making
- lead kitchen crew ensuring timely and quality order execution
- cover kitchen manager duties when absent
- deliver orders to customers promptly and courteously
- support in-store tasks like trash removal, parking lot sweeping, dishwashing, and oven catching during downtime
- maintain friendly and effective communication with customers and team members
- uphold cleanliness and operational standards throughout the shift
