Job Requirements

  • must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • must pass criminal background check
  • must pass drug screening
  • must be willing to work assigned schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be able to work overtime when required
  • must be able to work in cold environments with temperatures around 35-40 degrees
  • must be able to regularly stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts
  • must be able to safely handle chemicals and industrial cleaning materials
  • must be physically capable of heavy lifting up to 75 pounds
  • must be able to work around moving parts and wet floors

  • ability to push and pull up to 10 pounds for 500 feet
  • capacity to walk, stoop, bend, and stand for entire work shifts

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment and dishes according to specifications
  • sort dishes and equipment efficiently based on operational needs
  • handle and operate dish room machinery safely
  • adhere to safety and sanitation protocols at all times
  • maintain cleanliness in the dish room environment
  • assist with inventory management of dish room supplies
  • follow company policies regarding work schedules and overtime
