Job Requirements
- must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- must pass criminal background check
- must pass drug screening
- must be willing to work assigned schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to work overtime when required
- must be able to work in cold environments with temperatures around 35-40 degrees
- must be able to regularly stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts
- must be able to safely handle chemicals and industrial cleaning materials
- must be physically capable of heavy lifting up to 75 pounds
- must be able to work around moving parts and wet floors

- ability to push and pull up to 10 pounds for 500 feet
- capacity to walk, stoop, bend, and stand for entire work shifts

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment and dishes according to specifications
- sort dishes and equipment efficiently based on operational needs
- handle and operate dish room machinery safely
- adhere to safety and sanitation protocols at all times
- maintain cleanliness in the dish room environment
- assist with inventory management of dish room supplies
- follow company policies regarding work schedules and overtime
