Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- excellent attendance record
- physically able to lift, carry, push, and pull specified weights
- ability to stand, bend, walk, and work entire shifts
- willingness to work in cold, noisy environments
- capable of handling industrial cleaning chemicals safely
- must pass criminal background check
- must pass drug screening
- flexibility to work overtime when required
- availability for varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- physically able to lift up to 75 pounds
- able to push and pull up to 10 pounds for 500 feet
- capable of walking, stooping, bending, and standing for entire shifts
- finger dexterity to handle equipment
- ability to work in a high stress, fast-paced environment
- willingness to work assigned shifts including days, nights, weekends, or holidays
- ability to pass criminal background and drug screening
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes and kitchen equipment according to established standards
- sort dishes and equipment based on specifications and operational needs
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish room
- operate dishwashing machinery safely and efficiently
- lift and carry heavy items up to 75 pounds
- push and pull carts or equipment up to 10 pounds over distances of up to 500 feet
- comply with safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a high stress environment
