Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • excellent attendance record
  • physically able to lift, carry, push, and pull specified weights
  • ability to stand, bend, walk, and work entire shifts
  • willingness to work in cold, noisy environments
  • capable of handling industrial cleaning chemicals safely
  • must pass criminal background check
  • must pass drug screening
  • flexibility to work overtime when required
  • availability for varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • excellent attendance record
  • physically able to lift up to 75 pounds
  • able to push and pull up to 10 pounds for 500 feet
  • capable of walking, stooping, bending, and standing for entire shifts
  • finger dexterity to handle equipment
  • ability to work in a high stress, fast-paced environment
  • willingness to work assigned shifts including days, nights, weekends, or holidays
  • ability to pass criminal background and drug screening

Job Duties

  • Clean and sanitize dishes and kitchen equipment according to established standards
  • sort dishes and equipment based on specifications and operational needs
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish room
  • operate dishwashing machinery safely and efficiently
  • lift and carry heavy items up to 75 pounds
  • push and pull carts or equipment up to 10 pounds over distances of up to 500 feet
  • comply with safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a high stress environment
