Job Requirements
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- proof of identity
- minimum 3 months of manufacturing experience or 6 months of quality control experience
- ability to work day, swing or graveyard shifts
- ability to attend the hiring event or contact by phone
- reliable transportation to Milwaukie, OR
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- perform quality control inspections using precision measuring tools
- maintain assembly lines and ensure production targets are met
- follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- document and report production data accurately
- collaborate with team members to improve processes
- participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
