Job Requirements

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • proof of identity
  • minimum 3 months of manufacturing experience or 6 months of quality control experience
  • ability to work day, swing or graveyard shifts
  • ability to attend the hiring event or contact by phone
  • reliable transportation to Milwaukie, OR
  • ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 months of manufacturing experience or 6 months in quality control
  • ability to use precision measuring tools
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication skills
  • ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • willingness to work various shifts

Job Duties

  • Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • perform quality control inspections using precision measuring tools
  • maintain assembly lines and ensure production targets are met
  • follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
  • document and report production data accurately
  • collaborate with team members to improve processes
  • participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives
