Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position including standing, bending, twisting, repetitive motion, and lifting 10 to 30 lbs on a regular basis
Ability to work 3 days per week minimum
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Comfortable working with children and adults

Job Duties

Greet students and provide excellent, professional customer service throughout their visit to PCC
Assist with Chef Instructor food prep as directed, set up classroom, and help facilitate an excellent class experience
May be asked to shop for ingredients or additional support as needed or directed by instructor
Clean up after class and ensure classroom and equipment is clean and ready for next class
Ensure department sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards are met
Clean refrigerator, ovens and stove top as needed
Consistently follow all PCC policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Act as a PCC brand ambassador while assisting in the success of in-store and offsite events for both members and non-members by following the run of show gameplans for event setup, flow, and breakdown
