Job Duties
- answering the switchboard and overhead pages
- greet and direct visitors to appropriate departments
- monitor hospital alarms
- be knowledgeable of hospital emergency codes and procedures
- communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and hospital staff
- multitask and prioritize tasks to meet required timelines
- provide professional and courteous customer service
