- excellent verbal and communication skills
- ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, reach, lift (up to 50 lbs)
- ability to see, speak and hear
- punctuality and adherence to Midland Health policies
- ability to complete annual education and required training

- fluent in Spanish (preferred)
Job Duties
- Answers the phone with proper dialect every time a call comes in
- communicates effectively (hear, listen, speak) with patients, staff and vendors
- directs calls to proper staff
- schedules appointments consistent with provider scheduled
- obtains demographic and insurance information
- arrives at work on time and properly clocks in and out
- completes annual education and other required training
