Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a call center or hospitality environment preferred
- excellent telephone communication skills
- ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- competence in data entry across various computer systems

Job Duties
- Excel in luxury-orientated, high-volume call center
- answer and direct all incoming calls in a positive and articulate manner
- provide strong customer service to deliver the Pebble Beach experience
- maintain knowledge of resort amenities, hours, and management
- log wake-up requests and place calls accordingly
- take and deliver messages promptly
- assist guests with long distance and international calls
- handle emergency calls calmly following protocols
- input data into windows-based hotel management system
- work independently and collaboratively in a team
- maintain flexible scheduling including overnight, weekends, holidays and overtime
