Job Requirements
- Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends and holidays
- must be fluent in English

- prior experience in food and beverage
- good organizational and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in fine dining is preferred though not required
- able to read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience
- thrive working in a fast paced and large team environment
- experience working 1-2 years of food and beverage
- a sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
- good organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
- high work ethic with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within the team
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional knowledge of all available menu options, beverage lists and daily specials as well as information regarding preparation methods
- ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
- display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through menus and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities
- support Cove bar operations by bartending when needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- interact with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- adhere to Four Seasons standards of quality, professionalism, and friendliness
