Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks
- Ability to adhere to safety standards
- Willingness to perform outdoor and potentially physically demanding work
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public
- Dependability and punctuality

- Previous experience in custodial or maintenance work preferred
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to assist patrons
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Clean complete interior of rest rooms at least once per day
- Clean and maintain rest room exterior at least once per day
- Keep storage area in neat and orderly fashion
- Remove all trash, paper, debris, and other foreign materials from grass and paved areas at least once per day
- Empty garbage receptacles, clean and replace can liners at least once per day
- Clean picnic facilities daily
- Assist motorists with information and aid at all times
