Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force frequently and 10 pounds constantly
- Must have vision adequate to perform job duties, with or without correction
- Must be able to perform physical activities including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- Must be able to operate cash register accurately
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen

Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience
- Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- Makes an effort to learn customers' names and address them by name
- Assists customers by passing along suggestions or requests
- Answers telephone promptly and provides helpful service
- Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Operates cash register accurately, redeems coupons, and completes transactions
- Places merchandise in bags or boxes and gives packages to customers
- Maintains coffee service and supplies
- Ensures cleanliness and adheres to sanitation procedures
- Assists with bussing tables and running out orders
- Performs other related duties as required
