Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to memorize and communicate directions accurately
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to maintain composure under pressure
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Good communication skills in both oral and written form
- Professional image in dress and communication
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with co-workers and guests
- Willingness to work flexible hours including holidays
- Knowledge of Pebble Beach Resorts and the Monterey Peninsula is a plus
Job Duties
- Present a warm and friendly demeanor in all interactions
- Memorize and present scripted directions
- Function with limited supervision
- Maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations
- Greet every vehicle that comes to the Pavilion
- Direct every vehicle to its appropriate destination
- Communicate vehicle details of checking-in guests to Guest Services staff
- Stay informed about daily activities to provide accurate information
- Anticipate and address potential problems or concerns
- Uphold Pebble Beach Company culture and comply with safety and health policies
