Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • three years experience in box-office operations or event management
  • experience supervising staff or volunteers
  • valid Arizona driver license at time of hire
  • ability to maintain valid driver license
  • pass post-offer background screening including fingerprinting, criminal background check, drug screen, e-verify, and motor vehicle records check

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED
  • three years experience in box-office operations or event management
  • experience supervising staff or volunteers
  • knowledge of front-of-house operations
  • skills in guest experience coordination
  • volunteer management experience
  • familiarity with catering services
  • bachelor's degree in performing arts, arts management, business, or hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • coordinate front-of-house operations for public events and programs
  • oversee box office operations
  • implement and manage volunteer programs
  • coordinate concessions services
  • schedule security personnel
  • manage parking logistics
  • develop and enforce customer service and safety policies and procedures
