Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- three years experience in box-office operations or event management
- experience supervising staff or volunteers
- valid Arizona driver license at time of hire
- ability to maintain valid driver license
- pass post-offer background screening including fingerprinting, criminal background check, drug screen, e-verify, and motor vehicle records check
Job Qualifications

- experience supervising staff or volunteers
- knowledge of front-of-house operations
- skills in guest experience coordination
- volunteer management experience
- familiarity with catering services
- bachelor's degree in performing arts, arts management, business, or hospitality preferred

- coordinate front-of-house operations for public events and programs
- oversee box office operations
- implement and manage volunteer programs
- coordinate concessions services
- schedule security personnel
- manage parking logistics
- develop and enforce customer service and safety policies and procedures
