Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years of relevant POS system experience
- ability to lift 20 to 30 pounds
- commitment to supporting diverse communities
- strong communication skills in English
- flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- proven customer service experience

Job Qualifications
- two years of experience with bar or restaurant POS systems
- excellent active listening and verbal communication
- fluency in English

- excellent customer service skills with proven experience
- ability to problem solve, adapt, and respond to changing situations

Job Duties
- serve as concessionaire, closed captioner, greeter, or usher as assigned
- distribute and troubleshoot assistive listening devices
- support opening and closing night receptions
- track and manage lost and found for patrons, artists, and staff
- maintain and support Berkeley Rep's protocols and procedures for optimal audience experience and safety
- interface with patrons and artists in a welcoming and professional manner
- work collaboratively with multiple departments to create positive patron experiences
- create an accessible, welcoming, and inclusive environment for patrons and staff
- perform all other duties as assigned
