Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Less than 1 year of experience in a related setting
- Ability to move patients safely using wheelchairs or carts
- Good physical stamina and mobility
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to follow hospital protocols and guidelines
Job Qualifications

- Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare staff
- Knowledge of basic patient transfer and safety techniques
- Ability to follow directions and work under supervision
- Strong attention to detail and responsibility
Job Duties
- Transport patients by wheelchair or cart within the hospital
- Utilize infection prevention and patient transfer techniques
- Communicate effectively with nursing and clinical staff
- Recognize when to ask for help or guidance
- Maintain and protect the integrity of patient tubes, lines, and collection devices
- Safely move patient valuables and equipment
- Follow appropriate routes for efficient patient movement
