Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in BLS for Healthcare Providers including CPR and AED
- Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
- Two years of customer service experience preferred
- Must meet physical demands of the job
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Certification in BLS for Healthcare Providers including CPR and AED
- Two years of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to meet job demands
Job Duties
- Transport patients and equipment safely between departments
- Perform various patient-related activities as assigned
- Use proper body mechanics during patient transport
- Maintain PAR levels for equipment in various locations
- Collaborate effectively with coworkers within Patient Transportation and other departments
- Utilize Epic software to track patient locations
- Use Epic software to track equipment movement throughout the facility
