Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Three months of experience working with the public, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Ability to speak English and be easily understood
- Ability to read, write English and follow directions and/or oral instructions in English
- Strong customer service skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work 36 hours weekly including every other weekend

Job Duties
- Provide safe and timely transportation of patients throughout the hospital
- Collaborate with Guest Experience Representatives to greet guests and assist with wayfinding
- Ensure the highest standards of hospitality and service to patients and visitors
- Communicate effectively in English to follow directions and provide assistance
- Work in a fast-paced healthcare environment maintaining professionalism at all times
- Assist in maintaining patient safety and comfort during transport
- Support the hospital's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in patient interactions
