Job Duties
- Provide close and continuous observation of assigned patients
- Assist with activities of daily living within the scope of the role
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
- Communicate regularly with nursing staff about patient status and behavior
- Follow RN's delegation regarding patient care needs and special instructions
- Monitor patients for signs of distress or changes in condition
- Document observations accurately and timely
