Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Five years previous management experience in large-scale, high-volume food service operation required
- Preferred BS in food services or hospitality
- Preferred Baltimore City Food Services Manager Certificate
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and schedules
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- Ability to lead and supervise staff
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Duties
- Plan, organize, direct and supervise kitchen service activities and delivery of food to patient floors
- Ensure compliance to food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards
- Work with and through lead workers to maintain efficient workflow
- Coordinate the scheduling, loading, delivery and pickup of food carts
- Maintain compliance with established policies, procedures, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control standards
- Direct and assist with care and maintenance of equipment and supplies
- Enhance professional growth through in-service and educational programs
